Small items are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS, while larger items, such as seats, are shipped using FedEx.

You may cancel your order by contacting us, provided it has not yet shipped. Please have your order number ready. If the order has already shipped, you can initiate a return claim after it is delivered, and you verify the product is in new condition.

For most orders, tracking information is available in your order history on our website. For custom seats, feel free to email or call us to get an update on the status of your order.

To return an item, contact us via email or phone to request an RMA number for shipping the order back. Please note that custom-made items are non-returnable.

Our warranty covers:

  • Seat Covers: 5 years
  • Seats: 2 years
  • All Other Products: 1 year

This warranty includes factory defects, such as loose stitching, broken hardware, or other wear resulting from normal use.
