In order to enable our customers and Authorized Dealers to make the highest possible margins and make sure no single entity creates issues for the rest, we are updated our pricing and Minimum Advertising Pricing policy.

PRP Seats General Terms and Conditions Policy addresses the following specific topics:

• PRP Seats has established Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) for most items at 10% off the retail pricing (contact us for a pricing schedule)
• PRP Seats prohibits the sale of products on the Internet unless the seller has received an E-Commerce Authorization from PRP Seats
• PRP Seats prohibits exporting products outside of North America except as approved by PRP Seats
• PRP Seats prohibits resale to addresses on the PRP Seats Do Not Sell List

All Authorized Dealers should review these policies, whether or not they purchase products directly from PRP Seats. Only Authorized Dealers may use PRP Seats trademarks and intellectual property to advertise and sell products. PRP Seats reserves the right to revoke Authorized Dealer status from a reseller at any time for any reason.

DROP SHIPPING CHARGES – Effective August 18, 2014

PRP Seats will now add a $10 handling charge to each order that is drop shipped regardless of shipping destination.

RESTRICTIONS ON INTERNET SALES AND E-COMMERCE – Effective August 18, 2014

PRP Seats has adopted a new policy restricting the sale or advertising of PRP Seats products on the Internet via websites, mobile applications, or third party online marketplaces. Under this policy, Authorized Dealers must receive a written E-Commerce Authorization from PRP Seats to sell or advertise PRP Seats products on the Internet. This policy is effective on August 1, 2014. Questions regarding this policy should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

This restriction only applies to Authorized Dealers applying to sell PRP Seats product after August 1, 2014.

MINIMUM ADVERTISED PRICES – Effective August 18, 2014

PRP Seats has adopted a unilateral Minimum Advertising Pricing (MAP) policy for most items. MAP policy applies to PRP Seats brand products. Under these MAP policies, any consumer or public advertisement of these products must not result in a net price that is below the MAP price. A MAP price has been established for each part number. Some products do not have a MAP price and may be advertised at any price. MAP prices for each part number are shown in your price schedule and are available to authorized dealers that purchase from a distributor.
