HEATED & COOLED SEATS

The pinnacle of comfort for fighting against the elements – PRP’s Heated and Cooled Seat upgrade allows you to set your seating to maximum comfort during hot or cold rides!

The powerful thermal engines in these seat upgrades can deliver a seat surface temperature of 65 – 86 °F for cooling and 91 – 109 °F for warming!

UTV seat options: Front Google Pocket

FRONT GOGGLE POCKET

The front goggle pocket is a great option to attach to the front of your seats for those immediate items you may need while riding. This upgrade is sewed onto the front of your seat either attached to the removable cushion or to the lower area of the seat.

This is perfect for stashing not only your goggles, but also your phone, water, chapstick, or any other item that you may need in a pinch.

REAR STORAGE POCKET

Looking to increase storage options for your rear passengers? Adding the rear pocket option to your front seats is an easy way for storing more extras like water bottles, snacks, jackets, googles, electronics, and much more.

The rear pocket is sealed by a large hook and loop opening that will keep everything dry in the compartment.

WATER PAK

You can never have enough water, am I right? No judgement here! We know off-road enthusiasts will take their vehicle out whether it’s hot or cold outside, so it’s better that you always have some water available to you.

The Water Pak features a 70oz bladder (about five regular water bottles) along with a long drinking hose and fitting on the end for water consumption while riding.  This seat option allows for the fun to never stop and is highly recommended for almost all riders.

HEATED SEATS

Heated seats are definitely the most popular upgrade option here at PRP Seats – and for good reason!

Who doesn’t want to stay warm on those cold rides? When you order your seats with us, we attach the heaters to the foam during the mounting process.

The heaters come with a six-foot wiring harness that can be implemented into any open button on the dash. The heaters operate on an “on/off” toggled setting with a max output of five amps to keep you nice and toasty on those chilly rides.

AIR LUMBAR SUPPORT

Hey, as the older we get let’s admit our back doesn’t feel as perfect as it used to.To help minimize any potential issues on our backs and to be more comfortable out on the trails, we’ll take any bit of support we can have!  

Our inflatable, handheld air support is available for that extra back support you need. To get the perfect lumbar support, all it takes is just a few pumps of the air pump and you’re good to go!

NEW GLORY LOGO

It’s the perfect adventure for anyone into off-road racing, packed with action and excitement. 

Key Event Destinations and Experiences at KoH

1. Hammertown

This is the heart of King of the Hammers! Bustling with vendor displays, food options, and race team setups, this is where the off-road community comes together to celebrate their passion. You never know who you’re going to run into in Hammertown – racers, celebrities, or even your favorite online personality.

If you’re not watching the race, Hammertown is the place to be. 

2. The Race Starting/Finish Line

Experience the rush of adrenaline as racers begin and end their grueling journey, a must-see for any racing enthusiast. The start and finish line are located inside Hammertown, so make sure you have access to the pop-up town before you go to visit this part of the course.

3. Chocolate Thunder

A fan-favorite obstacle, Chocolate Thunder offers a thrilling view of 4x4s tackling treacherous rocky terrain. The energy here is contagious and offers the best views of the up-close action.

4. Backdoor

A challenging section where spectators can witness the raw power of vehicles scaling steep ascents or descents. It’s a true testament to driver skill and vehicle capability. Backdoor is another great viewpoint with easy spectator access to get up and close with race cars as they pass by.

5. Pit Areas

With access to Hammertown, there are some pit areas that are open to the general public where you can see how a team preps and prepares for the their big race day. This is great to get a behind-the-scenes look at the teams and their incredible machines, and maybe even chat with some of the drivers and crew members.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING IF YOU’RE GOING RACING?

6. Jumbotron in Hammertown

Catch live race footage here, perfect for those who prefer to stay close to the central hub and not out in the desert. Bring a lawn chair and a cooler for a nice day watching the race on the big screen!

7. Outer Limits and Spooners Trails

These challenging trails are part of the racecourse and offer great action for spectators if you have a vehicle that is capable enough to make it out there.

8. Racer Line-Up

Got access to Hammertown? Get out early around 7-8am on race day and see the vehicles up close and ready to race on the streets of Hammertown. 

9. Pit Crew Challenge

See the skill and efficiency of pit crews in a competitive setting. This event is a blast and is put on by our friends at ProEagle & BuggyWhip. See how fast teams can change a tire and be crowned the champs. 

10. Johnson Valley Trails

For those bringing their own 4x4s, the surrounding trails are perfect for off-roading. Every night there is always something to do, especially out at Backdoor or Chocolate Thunder. Those two spots are the quickest to get to from camp for most and offer a long night of entertainment.

For example, if your X measurement is 24”, then you need to remove 2” from the length, and the corrected limit strap length that you actually need is 22”. When in doubt, tap into the wisdom of seasoned racers or consult with experts familiar with the rigors of King of the Hammers.

The fun part of building a Tacoma is that you can go in a few directions as far as upgrades go. Whether you want a fun weekend warrior ride or the ultimate overlander vehicle, the Tacoma can be anything you need it to be with a few mods.

Here are our top 10 picks for modifications to your Toyota Tacoma:

1. PERFORMANCE OFF-ROAD WHEELS AND TIRES

Wheels and tires are our first must-have mod. For these, you must decide what size wheel you want. Most people choose 33″ tires with 17″ wheels. It is probably best to get a 17″ wheel if you plan to do a lot of off-roading and are looking for both off-road performance and style; however, if you like the size and look of a big rim, a 20″ wheel may be a better choice.
